Hi, I’m Meredith
Therapy is collaborative.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’ll walk alongside you as we make sense of what you’re experiencing, at a pace that feels steady and manageable.
I approach this work with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for the ways people adapt and survive. Your patterns make sense in the context of your life. We’ll gently explore the terrain, notice what matters, and create room for growth.
You may be in the right place if:
You feel stuck in painful relationship patterns
Your child seems anxious, perfectionistic, or overwhelmed
Your tween or teen is struggling socially or emotionally
You grew up religious and are untangling shame or identity
You keep overthinking, checking, or feeling stuck
You’re grieving or navigating a major life transition
Couples
We’ll work toward a relationship that feels less reactive and more intentional, something you can both stand on.
Individuals
We’ll slow down and take a closer look at your inner world —what you feel, what you avoid, what you long for, so that change can happen from the inside out.
Families
We’ll gently explore dynamics, make room for different perspectives, and work to increase understanding and strengthen connection.
Tweens & Teens
Behind every behavior is often a story, a need, or a feeling waiting to be understood. I offer a soft and steady place for us to make sense of it all.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
The first step
Before scheduling your first session, I offer a free 15 minute consultation. This is an opportunity to:
ask questions about therapy or my approach
discuss your goals and what you’re hoping to get from therapy
decide if we’re a good fit to work together
Simply fill out the contact form or feel free to text or email me directly. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
