Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and attention. My goal is to keep the process transparent, simple, and supportive so you can focus on the work itself.
Payment
Session Rates:
Individual: $115 per 50-min session
Couples: $130 per 50-min session
Family: $130 per 50-min session
Insurance:
I am happy to provide a superbill for clients using out-of-network reimbursement. You can submit these to your insurance company to potentially receive reimbursement for sessions.

Sliding Scale/Affordability:
I am in network with Open Path Collective, a network of vetted mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate. To be eligible your monthly household income must be under 100K. If affordability is a concern, please mention it when reaching out or click on the link to learn more about my reduced rates.

Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
In-person or Virtual:
In-person sessions are available at my office located at 2013 Kentucky Avenue, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216. Telehealth sessions are available for anyone across the entire state of Alabama.

My office is located in a brick building off of Kentucky Avenue in Vestavia Hills, across from Wells Fargo. The building is a duplex. Enter the door on the right. On the door you will see signs for Farmer’s Insurance and The Therapy Suite.
My office is upstairs. You'll go through a glass door at the top of the stairs and see a small sofa. Feel free to take a seat, and I'll come grab you at the start of your session.
