Faith & Deconstruction

Every person and relationship carries its own landscape. Sometimes the terrain feels familiar and steady; other times it feels confusing, painful, or difficult to navigate. Here you’ll find some of the common places people seek support—patterns in relationships, anxiety, disconnection, life transitions, grief, and the ongoing work of understanding yourself more fully.

Relationship Patterns

Sometimes we find ourselves repeating the same dynamics in relationships—overthinking, people-pleasing, pulling away, fearing rejection, avoiding conflict, or feeling stuck in familiar cycles. These patterns often developed for good reasons, shaped by past experiences and ways of adapting to relationships. Therapy offers space to better understand these patterns, make sense of your emotional responses, and explore new ways of showing up with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

Anxiety & Perfectionism

Anxiety can show up as overthinking, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, difficulty slowing down, or feeling pressure to get things “right.” Often, perfectionism and worry develop as ways of coping or protecting ourselves, even when they become exhausting. Therapy can help you better understand the patterns beneath anxiety, respond to yourself with greater compassion, and feel more confident navigating uncertainty and emotional stress.

Couples & Repair

Even loving relationships can begin to feel stuck. You may find yourselves caught in recurring conflict, feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, or missing each other despite good intentions. Couples therapy creates space to slow down, better understand the patterns beneath the tension, and rebuild emotional safety, closeness, and connection. Together, we work toward helping each partner feel more understood and supported in the relationship.

Identity & Belonging

Questions of identity often emerge in the context of relationships—who we are, how we fit, and where we belong. Whether you are navigating adolescence, exploring identity, moving through questions related to sexuality or gender, experiencing friendship changes, untangling family expectations, or learning to feel more fully yourself, therapy can offer space for curiosity, clarity, and self-understanding. The goal is not to become someone different, but to feel more grounded in who you already are.

Faith & Deconstruction

Questions of faith can be deeply personal—and deeply relational. You may be reevaluating beliefs you once held, navigating religious trauma, wrestling with doubt, untangling shame, or experiencing tension in family, community, or important relationships as your beliefs shift. For some, deconstruction brings relief and clarity; for others, grief, fear, or uncertainty. Therapy offers space to explore these questions with curiosity and compassion, making room for complexity as you reconnect with your values, relationships, and sense of self.

Life Transitions & Loss

Life is full of seasons that reshape us—grief, changing relationships, becoming a parent, faith transitions, divorce, launching into adulthood, or simply feeling uncertain about what comes next. Even meaningful change can bring disorientation or loss. Therapy offers space to process these shifts, make meaning of what is changing, and move forward with greater steadiness and connection to yourself.
